Michael O'Neal
Founder and C.E.O.
Michael is married with a young daughter and one son. In addition, Michael has been in Law Enforcement for over seventeen years. He has served in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer and is currently a part time Patrol Deputy Sheriff; Michael has a degree in criminology. In addition, is an instructor of Kid Escape and Date Escape from John Hall, which teaches children the Grip, Dip and Spin technique that could save their lives! Michael teaches internet safety training and parent awareness training which talks about how to talk to your children about the do's and don'ts that are surrounding them.

Jeff Ball
Vice President of Operations
Jeff Ball is an accomplished senior leader with twenty years of program and financial development experience increasing revenue and membership in each organization associated with. Jeff Ball has a bachelor’s in education from West Chester University and master’s degree in Administration from Temple University. Mr. Ball brings a vast array of experience from operating several non-profits and great fundraising skills.
Jeff Ball is noted for founding teen centers and a skate park in Virginia and exceeding annual fundraising goals with the local YMCAs in Pennsylvania and Missouri. Mr. Ball most recently set fundraising records here in southern Maine with the American Cancer Society and helped develop the largest indoor skate park and teen center in Maine in the town of Bath.

Greg Beck
Regional Director, Arizona
My name is Gregory Beck and I would like to give you a brief biography.
I am first and foremost a concerned parent with two beautiful daughters who feels that having an educated plan for the safety of my children is very important.
I have over 24 years in public safety, where I retired as a Police Sergeant in March 2006. I have a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration and I am a certified Substitute Teacher in the State of Arizona. When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my family at anything Disney.
I’m sure you will agree with me that Keeping Kids Safe provides the most comprehensive Child Education and Identification System on the market today and that as a parent it is one of the best things we can do for our children.
